I am the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Mahlaseli Energy, a pioneering Lesotho-based renewable energy company founded in 2019 that specializes in off-grid solar electrification, solar thermal systems, and rural water solutions. Since piloting its innovative Pay-As-You-Go (PAYGO) model in Lesotho, Mahlaseli has distributed over 1,000 solar solutions in Mokhotlong, Leribe, and ThabaTseka with two operational branches in Leribe and Mokhotlong.The company is expanding to additional districts through its EEP Africa project, employing 35 young professionals,with 50% women and partnering with global leaders to drive toward 50% rural electrification.

I am One Young World Ambassador, 2023 winner for Lesotho in the UNIDO Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP), and member of the Alliance for Rural Electrification.I have enhanced my expertise through extensive trainings in Lesotho, regionally, and internationally,some of them include,BEDCO, UNIDO GCIP, Student Energy, SACREE, UNDP, Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre, AWERLP, and the Melinda and Bill Gates Foundation. These have build my skills in energy, leadership, sustainability, Official Development Assistance(ODA), entrepreneurship, and financial modeling for energy projects. I firmly believe energy poverty can be eradicated in Lesotho through innovative solutions and disruptive business models, accelerated by partnerships with key stakeholders .I am Currently executing Mahlaseli's strategic growth roadmap, pivoting from retail sales to an asset-heavy Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS). I am also exploring AI integration, including developing Mahlaseli's own AI agent.I am an active leader in global forums like the Youth Energy Summit and excel in assertive leadership and cross-border collaboration. At LEAD 2026 I seek B2B partnerships with investors, innovators, tech providers, funders, and electrification experts to scale EaaS, mini-grids, AI-driven solutions, district expansions, and health centre projects.
