I am a Business Developer Service and a Co-Founder of a RenewableEnergy Company in Lesotho currently dealing with solar offgrid solutions as well as clean water and sanitation.I have trained youth MSME's under the country's promoting entreprise development projects on business plan development and entrepreneurship, also provided capacity building, Mentoring and coaching to a number of Basotho Youth Entrepreneurs.I am also a member of a number of Entrepreneurship Support Organisations in Lesotho and constantly do volunteering work when it comes to Business Development services for Youth Entrepreneurs.

My Renewable Energy Company Mahlaseli Energy,aims at providing access to reliable, affordable energy for all, especially in the rural scattered communities of Lesotho ,where the Mountaneous terrain hinders acccess to Grid Electrification. Through solarsubmersible pumps we also offer access to clean water and sanitation in rural communities ,and all year round irrigation solutions for Farmers,in an Effort to achieve all year round Produce and support FreshProduce value chains and the supply side.

MahlaseliEnergy works with Women living in Rural communities as sales agents and distributors of our Solar PayGo solutions. This technology has proven to enhance livehoods in communities, education of children living in this areas as well as access to technology and current affairs. Working with women has proven a success for us as they are more careful with the products and report higher sales,this has also proven to alleviate Gender Based Violence and Early Child Marriages in Rural Communities.
